A new booklet of festival "steirischer herbst" is out. They placed our event very fine. Page 7, on top of the right side. And the posters are out. They will be placed through the whole region. It is a complete unusual thing, cause there is no tradition on contemporary art here. log145a.jpg (2110 Byte)

In fact we realize an experiment, putting the exhibition half in public space. One of the reasons: Most of the people here would not enter a gallery. But I think, it's the same beyound capitals and centers everywhere. (Tell me, who would visit a gallery, if you leave Istanbul!)

So we make down town Gleisdorf a gallery. The poster-thing was reason for a meeting in Weiz, the capital of the district. Nice report on that: [link] (Above: Left the new booklet, right the report.)

The "stage" down town is L-shaped. You can find the map here: [link] At the opening on the 3rd of october we will have a walk. But there will also be one session at Graz, the capital of Styria. On monday, the 5th of october, the workshop of "HA ZA VU ZU" will happen at the "Schaumbad".

By the way: Curator Mirjana Peitler-Selakov is also responsible for another "herbst"- contribution. Sylvia Eckermann and Gerald Nestler do "The Trend is Your Friend!", a complexe multi-media-thing: [link #1] [link #2]

The "location" of our exhibition "What’s the time?" down town Gleisdorf:
